Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino announced today that they have launched a website for the highly anticipated Las Vegas property. In the announcement they stated that they will be hiring to fill 800 positions before the Asian-centric property opens in the fourth quarter of the year. Within the website, visitor will be able to find employment listings for positions now open; currently?most openings are for management, tech, and security.
With the launch of the new website the?property?will be?updating the jobs listings to include more disciplines as position recruitment occurs. Lucky Dragon Las Vegas will be the first gaming and leisure center?in Las Vegas to focus on Asian culture. Job updates will include?including casino operations, food and beverage operations, information technology, and more as they become available.
“We are proud to advance the hiring process with this important step of opening up our online employment center to hospitality professionals worldwide,” said Lucky Dragon’s Chief Operating Officer Dave Jacoby. “We look forward to sharing frequent updates on our progress and additional details of our resort’s unique Asian offerings through our website.”
The statement noted that the website will eventually provide a booking system for the hotel, as well as additional information about the gaming, promotions, entertainment, culinary offerings, retail opportunities and more.
The resort is being built at 300 W Sahara Ave.,?at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. The property will feature a 204 key hotel over nine stories. 24 of the accommodation units are planned as opulent suites.
The 27,500 sq ft casino space will be focused on table games such as baccarat and Pai Gow, as well as slots. Discrete?gaming options will include a high limit area to be known as the Emerald Room as well as a VIP gaming parlor.
Additional amenities will include an oasis garden pool and indoor-outdoor tea garden with?teas curated by Las Vegas’ only tea sommelier; a full service Asian spa with four treatment rooms, and?five Asian-inspired restaurants. Signage will be multi-lingual as will most staff.
