The gambling industry is growing in what are now known as the The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Yale graduate, Franklin Levy is a notable speaker scheduled at the Congress. He is a board member of Big Lifestyle Development Ltd, the marketing partner of Tengri Resort.
An international airport will be built near the Tengri resort in Almaty with funding from the Chinese government as part of the Silk Road Project. The airport, acting as a central hub, will be within a 5 hour plane ride of half of the world’s population according to a development?website. A new superhighway and high speed rail are also planned for the area.
